What we collect

The Blue Crescent Q&A guide matches your questions with information published on this website. It does not use a third-party AI service or transmit your questions to a chat server. Avoid entering patient names, test results or sensitive health information; contact the team to arrange an appropriate channel for sharing medical documents.
WhatsApp and email
When you contact us via WhatsApp or email, you choose what reports or information to send. We use this information only to coordinate your evaluation with the appropriate partner hospital, after you agree directly with our team. We do not share your reports with any third party without your knowledge and consent.
Technical hosting (Wix)
This website is hosted on Wix infrastructure. Wix may process technical visit data, such as IP address, browser type and request logs, for hosting, security and performance under its privacy terms. Messages you elect to send using WhatsApp or email are also subject to those services’ policies.
Visit analytics with your consent
We load Google Analytics 4 only after you select Accept, to measure visits, contact clicks and general treatment-request steps. Rejecting keeps the Google Analytics tag unloaded. Acceptance permits analytics cookies; advertising storage and personalization remain denied. We do not send medical reports, diagnoses, messages, form contents, phone numbers or medical-specialty page URLs. Google may process technical data such as browser information and IP addresses during requests. Your choice is stored in your browser for up to 180 days and can be changed using Analytics settings in the footer. Withdrawal stops measurement and deletes accessible Analytics cookies; it does not delete data previously sent.
