Costs: what is free and what you pay

We do not publish fixed prices, because the cost depends on the diagnosis, procedure and hospital. After reviewing your reports, the hospital issues a written estimate and we go through it with you, item by item.

Free for patients

  • Coordinating the review of your reports with the right department
  • Medical interpretation in Arabic, English, Uzbek and Russian
  • Arranging the hospital letter needed for your visa
  • Contact with the hospital after you return home, as agreed

Paid according to the written estimate

  • Treatment or surgery, tests and doctors’ fees
  • Medicines and supplies used in hospital
  • Flights, visa, accommodation and local transport

Treatment costs are paid directly to the hospital, according to the written estimate.

Discounts under our hospital agreements

  • 10% of the operation cost, paid on your behalf directly to the hospital. Medicines and supplies used in hospital are not included.
  • 20% off medicines we supply, with a prescription from your treating doctor.
  • 50% off cancer medicines we supply, with your doctor’s prescription.

The percentages depend on eligibility, the written estimate and medicine availability. We confirm the discount amount in writing before you travel.

From your first message to your return home

Four stages. At each one you know what happens, who is responsible and what comes next.

  1. You send your reports

Send reports and test results on WhatsApp, and tell us your country and the specialty. The first contact is free, and we tell you if anything is missing.

Next step: Know what your file needs
  2. We review with the hospital

Our team, which includes doctors, coordinates your file with the right department and gets you a written offer: procedure, tests, stay and cost. The decision is yours.

Next step: A written offer and clearer answers
  3. We arrange the trip

The hospital letter for your visa, airport pickup and nearby accommodation, as agreed. Visa approval and timing are decided by the authorities.

    Next step: Agreed travel arrangements
  4. Treatment and follow-up

We interpret with your doctor in Arabic, English, Uzbek or Russian, and after you return we follow up on reports and instructions with the hospital.

Questions before you decide to travel

General answers are a starting point. For questions about your case, talk to the team.

Are coordination and interpretation free?

Yes. We provide coordination and medical interpretation without charging patients, under our hospital agreements. Treatment, medicines, accommodation and travel have separate costs according to the quote and agreement.

How do I send my medical reports?

Upload them in the consultation request form on this site (up to 8 files), or send them in our official WhatsApp chat. Please do not post reports in public comments or groups.

Are there any discounts on treatment?

Yes. We have written agreements with the hospitals listed on this site: we pay 10% of the operation cost directly to the hospital for you, and give 20% off the medicines we supply and 50% off cancer medicines, with a prescription from your treating doctor. We confirm the discount amount in figures before you travel.

Are treatment costs fixed?

No. Diagnosis, tests, procedure, medicines and length of stay affect the quote. Request a written case-specific estimate with clear inclusions and exclusions.

Do you guarantee a visa or processing time?

We help coordinate the hospital letter and requirements. The issuing authority decides approval and timing; requirements vary by nationality and application type.

Can a family member accompany me?

We coordinate companion accommodation and transport as agreed. Confirm the appropriate visa, hospital policy and stay arrangements before travel.

How do I start a review request?

Contact the team, tell us the specialty and your country, then attach reports in the conversation. We explain the information needed and the next step in arranging hospital review.

Which languages does your team support?

Our team includes doctors and supports communication and medical interpretation in Arabic, English, Uzbek and Russian. Tell us your preferred language when enquiring so we can agree on appointments and accompanying arrangements.

Does an advanced technology suit everyone?

Technology is part of a plan, not a substitute for assessment. The specialist discusses suitability, alternatives, risks and follow-up for your case.

What happens after I return home?

We coordinate final reports, hospital instructions and proposed appointments. Contact us to route questions to the hospital under the follow-up plan and agreement.

Are your hospital options limited to one city?

We work with leading hospitals across India. The names on the website are examples for comparison; we discuss other cities and hospitals based on specialty, clinician experience, plan and cost.

Start with a message. We will arrange the next step.
