Pediatric treatment in India, with your family beside you

We arrange a review of your child’s file by the relevant pediatric department of a partner hospital in Delhi or Gurgaon, and organise family travel, interpretation and accommodation. Medical decisions stay with the treating doctor.

Conditions we coordinate

  • Congenital heart defects in children, treated by catheter procedures or surgery depending on assessment.
  • Blood disorders such as thalassemia and aplastic anaemia, including assessment for bone marrow transplant.
  • Childhood cancers and their treatment.
  • Pediatric surgery, pediatric urology and neurological conditions, as the doctor decides after reviewing the file.

Travelling with a child: what to know

  • Each child needs their own passport and their own visa application.
  • Parents travel on a medical attendant visa. For the e-Visa, the official portal allows up to two attendants per patient.
  • We arrange family accommodation near the hospital, with a kitchen if you need one.
  • We interpret between you and the doctors in hospital, so you understand each step.

What to send for review

  • Your child’s age and weight.
  • Recent reports and test results, with the date of each test.
  • For heart conditions: the echocardiogram (echo) report, and the catheterisation report if one was done.
  • For blood disorders: a complete blood count (CBC), specific tests such as haemoglobin electrophoresis, and the bone marrow report if one was done.
  • Current medicines and any previous surgery.

Questions we can put to the doctor with you

  • What are the options for my child, and what can we expect from each?
  • How long in hospital, and how long should we stay in India afterwards?
  • Can one parent stay with the child in hospital?
  • For bone marrow transplant: do siblings need HLA matching tests?
  • What follow-up is needed after we return, and will we need to come back to India?

How we arrange treatment

  1. Send your reports on WhatsApp. You don’t need to translate them first.
  2. We arrange a review by the relevant department of a partner hospital and explain the plan and the written estimate.
  3. Once you decide, we arrange the hospital’s visa letter, accommodation and airport pickup.
  4. We interpret for you at the hospital and stay in touch after you return home.

The hospital depends on the case

We arrange the review with the relevant department at whichever partner hospital in Delhi or Gurgaon suits the case best:

10% off the operation cost under written contracts with these hospitals; medicines and supplies used in the hospital are not included. Coordination and interpretation are free.

Frequently asked questions

Can I send my child’s reports before we decide to travel?

Yes. Send them on WhatsApp and we arrange a review with the relevant department, so you know the plan and written estimate before booking.

How many people can accompany the child?

For the e-Medical visa, the official portal allows up to two medical attendants per patient. If your passport is not eligible for the e-Visa, you apply for a regular visa through the Indian embassy, and we help with the hospital letter. The final decision is with the Indian authorities.

Does the 10% surgery discount cover operations for children?

Yes, it covers the operation cost at our contracted hospitals, based on the written estimate. It does not cover medicines or supplies used in the hospital.

Do I pay you anything?

No. You pay the hospital directly, based on its written estimate. Coordination and interpretation are free under our hospital contracts. Treatment, medicines, accommodation and travel are paid separately, and we explain these costs before you decide.
