Share the records you already have, with their dates. These are file-preparation examples; do not arrange new tests from this list alone. Your specialist decides what your case needs.

Questions we help you put to the specialist

We organise your questions and explain the hospital’s reply in your language. Treatment decisions require specialist assessment; the plan may change after examination.

  1. 01

Which surgical and nonsurgical options should be assessed?

  2. 02

If surgery is needed, which procedure or implant is proposed?

  3. 03

What rehabilitation and mobility support will be needed?

A useful quote starts with your case

We coordinate a hospital estimate after review and clarify assessment, tests, any procedure recommended by the specialist, stay, medicines and follow-up. Coordination and interpretation are free under our hospital agreements. We explain exclusions and separate treatment, medicine, travel and accommodation costs, including the companion's accommodation.

Choose around the specialty and your file

We discuss the specialist, department, branch and hospital options across India. These hospital profiles are for orientation; department availability, file acceptance and appointments are confirmed during coordination.

Common questions before travelling for treatment in India

These answers explain coordination, not a diagnosis or treatment recommendation. Your specialist determines clinical care after assessment.

Does every joint pain require total joint replacement?

No. The orthopedic surgeon evaluates standing X-rays and symptoms to decide whether physiotherapy, injections, arthroscopy or joint replacement is appropriate.

How soon do patients walk after robotic knee or hip replacement?

In most modern protocols, assisted standing and walking with a physiotherapist begin within 24–48 hours after surgery.

How long should I plan to stay in India for joint replacement?

Typically 4–6 days in the hospital followed by 10–14 days of outpatient physiotherapy and suture removal before flying home.

Does the 10% operation discount apply to orthopedic surgeries?

Yes. Blue Crescent pays 10% of the operation cost directly to contracted hospitals on your behalf, plus 20% off prescribed medicines and free medical translation.
