What helps with your file review?

Share the records you already have, with their dates. These are file-preparation examples; do not arrange new tests from this list alone. Your specialist decides what your case needs.

Questions we help you put to the specialist

We organise your questions and explain the hospital’s reply in your language. Treatment decisions require specialist assessment; the plan may change after examination.

  1. 01

Which eye subspecialty should review the diagnosis?

  2. 02

What options and limits on expected results apply?

  3. 03

Would a procedure need additional visits or follow-up?

A useful quote starts with your case

We coordinate a hospital estimate after review and clarify assessment, tests, any procedure recommended by the specialist, stay, medicines and follow-up. Coordination and interpretation are free under our hospital agreements. We explain exclusions and separate treatment, medicine, travel and accommodation costs, including the companion's accommodation.

Choose around the specialty and your file

We discuss the specialist, department, branch and hospital options across India. These hospital profiles are for orientation; department availability, file acceptance and appointments are confirmed during coordination.

Common questions before travelling for treatment in India

These answers explain coordination, not a diagnosis or treatment recommendation. Your specialist determines clinical care after assessment.

Can I fly immediately after retinal surgery?

If an intraocular gas bubble is used during vitrectomy, air travel is restricted until the gas absorbs. With silicone oil or other procedures, the surgeon confirms safe flying within a few days.

Which eye reports should I send before travelling?

Share your latest ophthalmology report, visual acuity, IOP, and any OCT or Pentacam scans on WhatsApp.

How long is the typical stay in India for eye procedures?

Most eye surgeries are day-care or 1–2 day stays, with 4–10 days total in Delhi/Gurgaon for post-op checks.

Does the 10% operation discount cover eye surgeries?

Yes, Blue Crescent pays 10% of the operation cost at contracted hospitals and provides 20% off prescribed eye drops/medicines.
